The Melbourne Spring Fashion Week has come to an end and what a marvelous week it has been! Mollini has decided to share some of our runway favourites this year with you.
MSFW- Designer Series, Runway 4 would definitely be our hi-light. The runway captured Melbourne's unique street style designs perfectly, featuring designs by Leonard Sr, Limedrop, Matcho Suba, bul, Gorman, bove, Chorus, Kuwaii, Livia Arena and TETTMANN.DOUST.
Despite many many talented designers who gloried us with their work, Kuwaii and Livia Arena took our breath away. Kuwaii is the wonder child of Brunswick-based designer Kristy Barber. The designs featured strikingly simple and delicate pieces. Kuwaii's clean line, classic aesthetic and soft colour pallets had wooed our hearts.
Special mention goes to Livia Arena who did 'classic chic with a twist' oh so well! Livia Arena's gorgeous designs and superior craftsmanship rings notions of timelessness and reminds us just how great Spring can be.
